Returns & Exchanges:
All sales are final. In the rare instance that your product is damaged upon delivery, please email jennifer@jenniferallevato.com within 7 days of receipt of item with photos of the packaging and item, and I will work with you to fix the problem.
Gift cards are non-returnable.

Shipping:
Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout. All orders ship from Alexandria, Virginia, except for my large-size prints which are shipped from my printer in Pennsylvania. For domestic orders, I ship within 3-5 business days. Prints and cards are shipped via USPS, and paintings are shipped via USPS or UPS (depending on size). Extra large paintings may require a crate service. Prints 16x16" and larger may take 10-14 business days to ship as they are printed to order. Tracking information will be provided for every order.
International orders: Currently, I ship to select countries outside of the U.S. via USPS International or UPS (Canada). Buyers are responsible for any customs, VAT, and import taxes that may apply. I am not responsible for delays due to customs. If you refuse customs/import taxes and your item is shipped back to me by your customs office or import office, you will be refunded minus the cost of shipping and a 10% restocking fee.
You can also purchase prints of my work from Artfully Walls and Minted, both of whom ship internationally.

Sales Tax:
Buyers in Virginia will be subject to sales tax in accordance with state laws.
Privacy:
We will not sell, buy, or trade any of your information.

Lost/Stolen Items:
If your order gets lost in transit, we will do everything we possibly can to assist you, but please know that we have access to the same tracking information as you. Most "lost" orders are not truly lost and are simply delayed and eventually recovered.
We cannot be held responsible for orders once proof of shipment is generated. If your order is marked as ‘delivered,’ you have verified the delivery address you entered as correct, and you believe it to be stolen, you must contact the shipping service directly to file a claim.
If a package is returned to us due to failed delivery, we can re-ship it to you, but ask that you pay for the additional postage.
Discounts:
Discounts/sales cannot be applied to previous orders, gift cards, or custom orders/commissions.
Ownership:
Artist retains all rights to all sold and unsold artwork, including any commissioned original pieces. It is up to the Artist's sole discretion as to whether a piece of artwork is used to make reproductions. Images may not be reproduced, resold, or used in any form without written consent. The collector or buyer may not reproduce the artwork in any way without written permission. The collector has the right to display the artwork in their home or business. Artwork may not be resold or reproduced for profit in any way without the Artist's written permission.
