OUR 2025 HOLIDAY SHIPPING DEADLINE HAS PASSED
A few weeks ago I had another week-long stint working in the Torpedo Factory, this time in a huge studio on the third floor.
It was overlooking the Alexandria Waterfront on the Potomac River, and the views did not disappoint!
I did my best to not be distracted by the boats all day long, though, and started a series of floral works paper.

Recently I visited the house and gardens at Dumbarton Oaks, an historic estate hidden away in residential Georgetown in Washington, D.C. I was awe-struck by the grounds, so tree-covered among the hills that you forget you're not in the middle of the countryside!
